hiso33 Terms and Conditions of Use

In this document, "Platform" refers to the hiso33 website accessible at hiso33.run along with all services, products, and features offered on it.

"User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the hiso33 Platform. "hiso33" refers to the company operating the Platform and all its employees.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the User and hiso33. This Agreement is read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of the overall agreement between both parties.

To register and use the hiso33 Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any gambling limit programme currently in effect.
• Not be a resident or national of any country or territory that prohibits online gambling activities under their local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the hiso33 Platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts.

During registration, Users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including their full name as per their identity card (MyKad), a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address.

• Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account password.
• Any activity that occurs under a User's account is the responsibility of that User.
• hiso33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents such as MyKad or passport may be required.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Passwords must be kept secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately via live chat.

hiso33 supports the following payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major banks as example options)
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM50, and processing is usually completed within 1 hour.

hiso33 does not bear any transaction processing fees. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees which are beyond our control.

hiso33 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal from bonus credits can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount received.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

Other wagering conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• hiso33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through means considered fraudulent or as promotion abuse.
• Deposited cash credits must be used before bonus credits.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through hedge betting or other means will result in the bonus being cancelled.

The hiso33 Platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade. Each category has its own game rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

Users agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified and fair random number generator (RNG) system or live dealers.
• Any technical disruption or connection failure during gameplay does not constitute grounds for a refund claim.
• hiso33 reserves the right to cancel or reverse bets placed during an acknowledged technical error.
• The use of any automated software or tools (bots) to interact with games is prohibited.

For sports betting, hiso33 reserves the right to amend or cancel betting markets under certain circumstances such as event postponement, odds errors, or late-received information.

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out any of the following activities on the hiso33 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using a false or borrowed identity.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other users to exploit games or promotions (unauthorised collaboration).
• Launching any cyber attacks, hacking attempts, or distributing malicious software on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Displaying, distributing, or uploading obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Abusing customer support channels with offensive language or threats directed at our staff.

hiso33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any User for the following reasons:

• The User is found to have provided inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• The User has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity related to financial security or game integrity.
• The User is unable to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the stipulated period.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid cash balance (once wagering requirements are met) will be returned after the verification process is complete.

The hiso33 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. hiso33 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hiso33 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, opportunities, or data due to service disruption.
• Losses resulting from technical failures of third parties, including payment providers or game developers.
• Damages arising from security breaches beyond hiso33's reasonable control.

hiso33 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to Users via:

• A notice displayed on the Platform's main page.
• A notification email sent to the User's registered email address.
• In-Platform notifications (where applicable).

Continued use of the Platform after any amended terms take effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the amendments should stop using the Platform and close their account.
